Bringing people to the front doorstep of music -- encouraging others to enter the joy-filled realm of sound through my playing, conducting, and teaching -- has long been a goal of mine.

Now I am entering a new career path, one that will use music to aid local efforts to end homelessness. I want to support opportunities for us, all of us, to experience that feel of crossing a secure front doorstep of our own.
